Live the good life on Bali: rent this villa, directly situated at the beach

At the east coast of Bali, in the region of Karangasem lies this recently built luxurious villa with private swimming pool. Nested in a small bay this villa is situated directly at the sea. This beautiful and peaceful area hasn’t been spoiled by mass tourism yet and luckily not many foreigners have discovered this splendid part of Bali.

The house is located close to a fisherman’s village between Seraya and Amed, where you can see the traditional Balinese fishing boats leaving the beach in the morning.

From its large terrace in front of the house you will enjoy a wonderful view of the ocean where you can see the coast of Lombok at the horizon. The foot of the hills start at the rear side of the house.

From the garden you’ll step directly onto the beach. The sea at the east coast of Bali is very tranquil and famous worldwide for scuba diving and snorkelling. After a refreshing swim in the sea you can use the shower by the pool to rinse off the salty water.

The villa has a main building and a separate guesthouse. This ideal situation will give the guests as much privacy as they like.

Guesthouse

From our own parking area you enter a Balinese Gate and will reach the tropical garden with the guesthouse. The guesthouse has 2 double bedrooms each with its own dressing, bathroom with toilet, washstand and outside shower.
The washstand and shower have warm and cold running water.

The rooms are supplied with air-conditioning and there is a spacious terrace with view on the garden and pond.

The guesthouse has a total area of 100 square meters.

Main building

Passing a small bridge with pond you reach the main house. The hall gives access to the restroom on the left side and to the fully equipped kitchen at your right. In the kitchen you will find anything you could wish for, including a refrigerator, a stove with oven, a toaster and blender. Of course the kitchen has hot and cold running water.

The main house accommodates 2 persons and has a total area of 180 square meters include a large roofed terrace of 60 sq/m which overlooks the pool and the beach. The living room is tastefully decorated and furnished in Balinese style and has a stereo with tape and CD-player.

The master bedroom faces the terrace and has a magnificent ocean view. In the bedroom you will find a DVD-player and T.V. with satellite receiver.

From the bedroom you will reach the dressing room and bathroom with shower, toilet and washstand. All showers and washstands have cold and hot water.

The bathroom also has a surprise for you: an outdoor shower on a private and enclosed patio decorated in Japanese style.

The swimming pool is situated in a relaxing tropical garden, it has an extra shower and a Baleh Bengong ( Balinese style bower ) where you can see the sunrise or say "good morning" to the playing dolphins.

The pool is surrounded by a terrace with lounge chairs and a shadow offering tree. The maintenance of the garden and pool will be done by our staff.

The rental price includes housekeeping and breakfast for 6 guests.

The use of bed sheets, towels and beach towels is also included in the price.

For our young guests we have a cot available including its own mosquito net. There is also a baby chair.

Extra services:

• For the small amount of 5 euro’s you can enjoy a wonderful traditional Balinese massage (1 hour) at the villa.

• We can also organise all kinds of trips (boat trips, snorkelling trips, etc...)

• If you want to make an excursion around the island we can provide a car with chauffeur at an extra charge of 40 euro per day.

• For your convenience we can also supply airport pick ups and returns at an extra charge of 40 euro (one way). A one way trip will take about 2,5 hours.

• Upon request our cook can prepare traditional Balinese meals at the villa.

• Scuba diving at Tulamben (the worldwide famous WWII ship wreck U.S. Liberty) or trips to dive sites in the area of Amed

• Visit the recently restored water palace in Ujung.

• Water Palace of Tirtagangga and Amlapura’s palace.

• Hiking trips to the top of the Gunung Agung mountain.

• In the area you will find several restaurants for every budget.
